Got our first night's sleep and back into town....

Gotta keep Charlene away from those shops!

The art and architecture here is absolutely amazing.

Even though it's off-season there are still lots of tourists here.

There were trolly cars or electric buses everywhere - hence, all the overhead wires.

It warmed up enough (about 68) that we didn't need coats during the daytime.

Several corners had musicians of one type or another playing for whatever money they could collect.

Ok, let's get serious and have a real Italian lunch. Tortolini carbonara and Spaghetti Bolognese. mmmmmm good.

Castello Sforzesco - an old fort.

Winter is upon us and the leaves are turning - beautiful !!!

The first of many fountains....

This was pretty cool. These old buildings don't have elevators inside. So, when you are moving in, how do you get your stuff upstairs?  With a portable elevator on the back of a pick-up truck!!

Local artisan carving flowers out of vegatables.

A local park - gorgeous trees, leaves falling - just stunning.

...and inside the park, a kiddie area with a train for JP (and mommy) to ride.

JP found some local Italian kids to play with. Guess they have their own "kid" language when it comes to playing.
